There are several ways you can make payments:
- Make payments online without enrolling using the Online Bill Payment System.
- You can access and make payments on your accounts online by signing up for the Member Dashboard.
- Call (706) 379-3121 or (828) 837-1017 and press option 3 for 24-hour automated access to your balance and make a payment.
- Call (706) 379-3121 or (828) 837-1017 during business hours and speak with a customer service representative.
- Drop off your payment at one of several community drop off locations.
- In person at the BRMEMC office during normal business hours of 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
- In person at the BRMEMC office after business hours at our night drop.
